The Balfour Cuvée Skye Blanc de Blancs from Hush Heath Estate has been produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from their Orchard Oast Vineyard.

It has a pale lemon hue flecked with a hint of green and small, delicate bubbles.  On the nose it has fresh citrus and subtle toasty tones which translate in to ripe lemon and grapefruit with hints of minerality.  It has a zippy acidity and fine mousse in the mouth.

This is a great English Sparkling wine from the heart of Kent which is affirmed by its gold medal in the 2014 Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships.
