Kenton Vineyard Pinot Noir Précoce 2011

The Kenton Vineyard Pinot Noir Précoce is a single varieltal wine which is only made in exceptional years of which 2011 was one. It is a smooth medium bodied red with dark cherry and chocolate notes on the nose, red fruits, spice and a touch of oak on the palate. As you might expect, it is a fine accompaniment to red meat and game but we like this one all by itself.
