Set in the heart of East Sussex countryside, Plumpton College, as it's name would suggest, is a fully operational college offering such courses as agriculture, animal care and as you might expect wine. It is the only establishment in the UK offering degrees in all elements of the wine trade; viticulture, production and business.

As you might expect many of the people making English wine today have passed through their doors. All of the wine produced on site at Plumpton is made by the students under the guidance of the course tutors. It is a fully functioning business in its own right, but likes to think of the the wine that they sell as a business card for prospective students of the college. And what a fabulous advert, each year they reap a plethora of awards.
