The Sharpham Summer Red is a classic English red wine made from the Rondo grape variety. The nose offers soft ripe summer fruit with a hint of vanilla, whilst the palette offers a full body, rich in ripe strawberries, redcurrants and complimented with soft tannins from the light oaking this wine enjoys. A superb accompaniment to finger food and picnics, it can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled. The Sharpham Summer Red 2010 was commended at the Decanter World Wine Awards and won a bronze medal at the UKVA awards in 2012.
