Bolney Wine Estate Blanc de Blancs 2007

Bolney Estate is one of the leading lights in the English wine firmament. This is epitomised by the Boney Blanc de Blancs Vintage Brut 2007 which has achieved the highest possible honour on the world stage by winning a Gold Outstanding award in the 2012 International Wine & Spirit Competition. This is a really stylish English sparkling wine made from 100% chardonnay grapes. It has benefited from two and a half years of ageing on the lees which has given it added depth and full flavour. It is smooth, with delicious yeasty undertones and complimentary fresh citrus notes. Serve with potted shrimp, fish or white meats or simply enjoy it as it is. This is about as good as it gets in wine terms.
